Two-factor authentication#

Two-step authentication (2FA) provides additional account security. When used, logging in requires not only a password but also a one-time code from the app.
Enabling two-step verification#
- Install the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device. Codes are generated without an internet or cellular connection.
- On the Security Settings page, check the box next to Enable two-step verification and save the settings.
- Follow the link that appears to the one-time password setup page.
- Add your account to Google Authenticator via QR code or secret key.
- Activate your account by entering the received code in the designated field on the one-time password settings page.
Attention! Once activated, the QR code and secret key will no longer be displayed in the game.
- When you log into the game after entering your password, the system will request a one-time code from the application.
Spare codes#
- If the device with the app is unavailable, use backup codes to log in.
- You can view and generate new codes on the one-time password settings page.
- Only the latest generated codes are valid.
- Each code is used once.
- If all devices and codes are lost, access can only be restored through support.
- Do not store codes electronically. It is recommended to write them down or print them out and store them in a safe place.
- Prepare backup codes in advance.
