Majestic buildings #
Majestic buildings have a positive impact on the lives of residents of the principalities and settlements where they are located. The only exception is the palace. Also, a characteristic feature of these structures is their positive effect on dragons. You will find more detailed information about other features of majestic buildings in this chapter.
When calculating the value of a clone’s property and account valuation, the value of the built architectural wonder/great building/megalithic structure is taken into account with a factor of 1.5.
The first 11 builders of the wonders “Giant Sunflower” and “Great Spike” who completed construction were awarded the architect’s gold rings and architect’s pendants. Construction #
To start construction, you only need to have on hand 30% of each type of resource (with the exception of those that are completely consumed at the start of construction), the remaining resources can be added as work progresses.
The prince personally manages the supply of materials for construction and hires the required number of workers for construction. Hired workers will only use the amount of resources that the prince himself added (resources delivered by the state transport company from the state reserve are immediately installed by government workers).
Repair #
All architectural wonders and aqueducts in the land of clones that are more than 1000 days old require regular maintenance every 30 days. The first maintenance is performed on the 1,001st day and is repeated every 30 days. The exception is the Queen of the Night, since it requires first maintenance 30 days after construction. Maintenance costs for all types of structures are indicated in the relevant sections below.
Broken Architectural Wonders and Aqueducts do not count towards account value. Their owners do not receive government benefits.
If the building is not serviced on time, then the period until the next service is still taken into account. That is, after 60 days, double the amount of materials will be required, and so on. If there is at least one non-working miracle on the user’s account, it is impossible to list the lot on the trading guild’s currency exchange.
Types of majestic buildings #

Architectural Wonders #
Giant sunflower #
This building will allow you to receive payments from the Giant Sunflower Fund for Architectural Wonders. In addition, the giant sunflower has a beneficial effect on agriculture and dragons.
Great ear #
Owners of the Great Ear can receive payments from the Great Ear of Architectural Wonders Fund. This structure also has a positive effect on agriculture and dragons.
Queen of the Night #
The Queen of the Night has a beneficial effect on agriculture and dragons, and also increases the amount of gold brought by dragons. Additional details are provided below.
Megalithic buildings #
Aqueduct #
The aqueduct, like the Queen of the Night, has a positive effect on agriculture and dragons. In addition, it helps to increase the amount of gold brought by dragons.
Thermal Baths #
