Drainage system#
A drainage system is an important home upgrade and unlocks several key features. It can be built in homes with development level 4 or higher. Residential homes with a drainage system are marked with a special Builders’ Guild logo (the letter G), denoting their higher development level. Such homes automatically join the Builders’ Guild, which means all members receive additional monetary contributions from the government. Furthermore, a drainage system is a prerequisite for constructing dragon landing pads.

The drainage system is built once for each building. Once completed, its level remains constant and is not affected by subsequent elevation of the building. Construction time is 192 hours.

To speed up the process, you can hire builders using the same rules as for house construction. Construction progress is displayed on the “House List” page as a progress bar indicating the percentage of completion.
Repair#
The drainage system requires no periodic maintenance. Once constructed, it remains fully functional and requires no additional maintenance.
