Irrigation system#

Irrigation system

An irrigation system can be added to a house, offering practical advantages in agriculture. The system accelerates crop ripening by 10% during the “Crop in Growth and Ripening” stage. Fields connected to the irrigation system are always prioritized: fertilized first, then seeded.

Prerequisites for construction#

To construct an irrigation system, the following conditions must be met:

  • The house development level is 10 units or higher.
  • The house is located in the territory of the principality, where the university is developed to level V or higher.

Construction cost#

When construction begins, the homeowner pays a fee: 0.4 gold coins to the prince and 0.1 gold coins to the owner of the settlement if the house is attached to it. If the house is not attached to any settlement, only the fee is paid to the prince.

Building a single irrigation system takes 96 hours. You can start it on the “House List” page (Property & Renovation → “House List”). To speed up the process, you can hire builders, similar to building houses. Construction progress is displayed on the “Build a House” page as a progress bar.

Repair#

The irrigation system does not require periodic repairs.

Attaching the system to fields#

The number of irrigation systems in a house depends on its level: one system for every 10 full levels of the house. Each system is automatically and permanently assigned to 10 fields and cannot be moved.

The attachment priority is as follows: fertilized fields first, then the remaining fields are selected randomly. If there are no fertilized fields, all 10 fields are selected randomly from the available ones. The maturation acceleration only affects the fields to which the system was attached during construction and is retained throughout all subsequent farming cycles.
