A house transfer #

If necessary, a house owner can completely transfer the right to manage a specific house (transfer the keys to the house) to another clone of his account. This can be done on the “All clones or current clone” page (“Investor” → “Real Estate” → “All clones or current clone”). To perform the transfer, you need to click on the icon of the desired house.

The transfer cost is 2.5 gold coins for each house level. Thus, the maximum commission for transferring a castle will be 125 gold coins.

The house being transferred, as well as the transferring and receiving clones, must meet the following requirements:

• The dugout cannot be transferred.
• The house needs to be renovated.
• The wage fund for servants must be equal to 0.
• Agricultural work should not be carried out in the fields of the house.
• At the time of transfer, the house should not be attacked by robbers.
• No drainage system, irrigation system or cave should be constructed.
• The sending and receiving clones must be on the same account.
• The sending and receiving clones must not be on auctions.
• The receiving clone must have a social status higher than a tramp.
• There must not be a built farm near the house (you can sell the farm before transferring the house).
