Property repairs #
All property on clone land, except dugouts, requires periodic repairs every 30 days. The countdown to the date of the first repairs begins from the starting day of the house construction (and not from the date of its completion). All property repairs take place at the scheduled time.
Repair cost #
House repairs are carried out using primary and tertiary types of resources, depending on its type. The cost of repairs for all types of houses is different and depends on the level of the house.
The water needed for repairs can be transported through portals from the Enclave server or purchased from the trade guild.

Consequences of an unrenovated property #
If the house is not repaired on time, then renting in it is prohibited for safety reasons.
Due to difficulties with access to a broken building, collectors stop delivering the due cash receipts to the treasury of such a house: dividends on securities, subsidies from the principality, subsidies from the settlement. In this case, dividend payments will be lost until the house is renovated, and the amount of subsidies will be divided and paid only for renovated houses.
If there is at least one broken house on the user’s account, it will be impossible to create a lot on the currency exchange in the trading guild. It will also be impossible to assign clones to cultivate agricultural fields that are located near a broken house. In this case, the fields already being processed will successfully complete their processing cycle.
If the house is not repaired for a long time, then every 30 days the total cost of repairs increases. For example, if there has been no repair for two months, then 2 sets of resources will be required for the repair, and if there has been no repair for 10 months, then 10 sets of resources will be needed to repair it.
Home renovations are available on the “Renovations” page (“Investor – Renovations”). Here you can see how many days are left until the next repair of a particular house, or how many days ago the previous repair was carried out (if the house has not been repaired). The phrase “N days without repair” means that the previous repair was done N days ago (not that the house broke down N days ago).
Broken properties are not taken into account when calculating a clone’s property score and player account score. Also, a broken house cannot be improved using the “Hospitable Shelter” elixir - you must first repair the building.
