Property Rental#

In the world of “Golden Clone,” clones can not only build their own homes but also rent housing from other players. Renting allows you to obtain a residence while retaining all the benefits of home ownership, without the need for construction.

• You can rent houses with free spaces, the price per day is ≥ 0.0001 gold.
• Rent through the page * “Real Estate Rental” - → select principality → settlement → house.
• Duration: from 3 days to the maximum period set by the owner.
• The “Show only free” filter simplifies your search.
• There is a function for group settlement of clones of one account.

Rental restrictions#

• You can’t rent if the house is up for auction.
• Cannot rent if rent = 0.
• If at least one clone has stamina < 0, renting is not possible for all clones of the account.

Payment and terms#

• The rent is reserved immediately and then paid daily to the owner.
• You can cancel your rental - money for unused days will be returned (except for the current day).
• Landlords cannot evict a tenant during the paid period, but they can change the renewal price or prohibit the renewal.
• If the price is increased above the set maximum during automatic renewal → renewal is disabled, a notification is sent by email.

Populating your clones#

• Free settlement of clones of your account.
• You can populate clones from several accounts with the same data (automatically for 299 days).
• Real Estate tab → group check-in.
• All Clones tab → manage rentals of other people’s houses: extend or evict one by one or in groups.

Rent extension#

• Extension via “Real Estate Rental” → select the number of days.
• The extension adds days to those already paid for.
• It cannot be extended if the house is at auction or the owner has prohibited it.
• If your extension is denied, you can reapply in 2 days if there are available places.

Automatic rental control#

• Automatic renewal for 1 day before the expiration date, if there are funds in the account and the owner has not prohibited it.
• You can set a maximum price above which the renewal will not be performed.
• Option “Automatic refusal upon dismissal from the enterprise”: the clone is evicted if dismissed.
• After eviction, the “Intention” training stops → the indicator decreases.
