When the level of a house increases, the social policy in it will be disabled. After upgrading, you can increase the level of social policy by spending 100 units of petroleum product and 2 units of sand for each new level of the house. You must definitely increase the level of social policy if you want to maintain its effect in this house after increasing the level of the house.
Development Policy Discounts #
If the house is located in a principality that has transitioned to the technological era of oil, then the owner of the house will have a 25% discount on improving the level of social policy. Read more about the era of oil in the corresponding section of the principalities.
If the house is located in a settlement in which the level of social policy is already maximally developed, then the owner of the house will have an additional discount on improving the level of social policy in the house.
The amount of the discount depends on the type of settlement.
