A house treasury#
The property treasury is a storage facility inside the house where gold accumulates over the course of a day. It is directly linked to the security system and serves as the main source of income from the property.
The treasury can receive subsidies, dividends from securities, and discovered treasures. The owner of the house can also manually replenish the treasury with any amount, for example, in anticipation of the capture of thieves and the collection of ransom.
The current treasury amount is displayed as a separate line in your property list. Your home can be attacked by burglars during the day, and if the attack is successful, all funds from the treasury will be stolen. If the guards successfully defend the house by the end of the day, the entire amount is automatically transferred to the owner’s game account at the beginning of the next day. Manually withdrawing funds from the treasury is impossible.
The role of security and the principle of operation of the treasury#
A homeowner’s primary responsibility is to ensure reliable home security. This is crucial to ensuring that accumulated funds reach the owner’s gaming account.
- The treasury keeps the funds for exactly 24 hours.
- If there is no security, the thief takes the entire amount.
- If the security guard successfully protects the vehicle, the funds are automatically transferred to the owner the next day.
- Manual withdrawal of funds from the treasury is not possible.
Subsidies from the prince and the settlement owner#
Subsidies are additional daily payments to homeowners whose property is located within the principality or settlement. The amount of the subsidy depends on the level of the property: the higher the level, the larger the share of the total payment fund the owner receives.
Subsidies are transferred directly to the house owner’s game account and do not accumulate in the treasury.
Payments are not made in the following cases:
- The homeowner’s account contains clones with stamina below 0.
- The prince or owner of the settlement (or clones on their account) has stamina below 0.
- The prince or owner of the settlement does not have sufficient funds in his account to pay on a given day.

Manual and automatic replenishment of the treasury#
Replenishing the treasury allows you to control its size and increase the home’s attractiveness to burglars while ensuring security. The homeowner can choose from several available replenishment options.
- One-time replenishment of the treasury. Allows you to manually deposit a specified amount into the house treasury one-time.
- Automatic replenishment after robbery. After each successful robbery, the treasury is automatically replenished by the specified amount.
- Automatic daily replenishment. The specified amount is added to the treasury daily at the settlement time, maintaining it at a constant level.
