Portals#
Portals built in administrative units serve to connect the Metropolis and Enclave servers. Their main purpose is to transport unique resources that are mined only on one of the servers. Water and elvereone are mined only on the Enclave server, and portalin - on the Metropolis server. Thanks to the portal in the settlement on the Enclave server, you can send water, elvereone and portalin to the Metropolis server. From the settlement on the Metropolis server, these resources can be moved in the opposite direction. Thus, portals ensure the movement of valuable resources to where they are needed. Portals can be built in the Portals section (Investor → Urban Development → Facilities → Portals).
Attention! The portal owner has access to all resources that can be transferred between servers. When renting a portal from other players, restrictions may apply: certain types of resources may be unavailable for transfer. This is regulated by the government, and the current list of resources permitted for transfer via rental is available in the relevant game section.
Construction#
Portals may be built by settlement owners. The number of portals available for construction depends on the settlement development level.

The cost of building each portal is 5,000 portaline. Therefore, the higher the settlement’s development level, the more portals can be built, but the cost of each remains the same.
Repair#
Every 50 transportations the portal needs to be repaired. The cost of repairing a portal is 100 portaline units.
You do not have to control the repair of the building yourself, since there is an automatic repair function.

Rules for transporting resources#
In order to send a resource, the clone must have the education “Engineer of Megalithic Structures”. It doesn’t matter whether you use your own portal or rent someone else’s - the sending clone must have this education to be able to use the portal.
Only one transportation per day is possible through each portal. A portal capacity is 10,000 slots. Each resource takes a certain number of slots.

The cargo will be delivered within 10-20 minutes.
In order to transport cargo through the portal, it is necessary that the personal data in the account settings (sender and recipient) on both servers be identical. In case of these data discrepancy, no refund of commission for unfulfilled transportation is made.
All resources sendings are carried out only by the game account number, which can be seen by clicking on the number of Clonecoins in the upper left corner of the monitor.
To use the portal, all properties on the sender’s account must be repaired. It is also necessary that the stamina indicator of all clones is at least 0. The settlement in which the portal is built must also be repaired.
Renting portals#
The portal owner has the opportunity to rent it out so that other players can use it to transport their goods. The owner himself sets the rental price, which cannot be less than 0.2 gold coins and more than 3 gold coins for each transportation. The costs of transporting cargo (50 portaline stones) are borne by the portal tenant. If you are the owner of a portal for rent and you want to use it to send your own cargo, you will also have to rent a portal.
To rent a portal from other players, go to the “Rent a portal” page (“Character” → “Rent” → “Rent a portal”). The list of resources available for sending may change periodically. You can see the current list of resources on the rent page. Here you can also view a list of your previous sendings. Please note that to use a portal, your clone must have the special education “Engineer of Megalithic Structures”.
Money received from the tenant for using the portal is distributed as follows:
- 80% goes to the portal owner’s income.
- 20% is transferred to the state budget.
