Construction of a settlement#

To build a settlement, a clone must have “peasant” status. A clone can only build one settlement; multiple settlements require multiple clones. The owner is prohibited from having criminal stats—they are reset when construction begins.
Construction cost#
Table. Settlement Construction Costs
| Characteristic/Resource | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Gold | 30 |
| Wood | 150 |
| Stone | 150 |
| Iron | 30 |
| Crops | 75 |
| Prudence | 30 |
| Charisma | 30 |
Prudence and charisma are consumed immediately after the start of construction.
Construction begins on the “Create Settlement” page. You can select a superior settlement (if one exists) and enter a name of up to 32 characters, including numbers, hyphens, and spaces (excluding the letter “ё”). Changing the name is possible later for a fee.
Construction site#
A settlement is built within principalities or on free imperial lands. No subsidies are paid on imperial lands, and the choice of superior settlement is limited. The new settlement is subordinate to the superior unit, if any. Relocating to another principality is possible only once, but requires resources.
Subsidies from the prince or higher settlement depend on the location of construction.
Settlement assessment#
The valuation of an unfinished settlement is included in the clone’s Property. Upon completion, the value is applied with a coefficient of 1.3, increasing the clone’s overall status.
Forum and communications#
The mayor can create a forum thread to communicate with residents of their community ( Metropolis /Enclave). This is where they post news, announcements, development plans, and solicit suggestions from residents.
List of settlements#
The registry contains settlement statistics, income, population, and the hierarchy of subordinate settlements. It allows you to send messages to city planners, view your own and other settlements, and analyze the strategic situation in the game.
