Work at producting enterprises

The settlement owner can hire both their own clones and third-party candidates. They independently determine the hiring process and the number of workstations at each enterprise (at least one), and can also completely prohibit hiring, allowing access only to their own clones. The owner has the right to fire any employee at any time. All settings are available on the “Primary Production” page (“Basic Resource” → “Primary Production”).

Mass recruitment of your own clones for businesses is available. Regular employment is only possible with the “Workers Needed” option enabled.

Work in manufacturing enterprises can be combined with the following activities:

To be employed, a clone must meet the following requirements:

  • Have a social status not lower than that of a craftsman (peasant - for a mill).
  • Reside within the territory of the settlement.
  • Have the necessary tool purchased from the store.
  • Resign from all state-owned enterprises.
  • Have stamina of at least 0.

A clone can only work on one private enterprise at a time.

After leaving one private company, transferring to another is only possible 24 hours after receiving your salary. Reemployment at the same company is available immediately.

While working at the facility, the clone expends 0.5 stamina units per day in addition to the base stamina consumption. If the clone lacks stamina, they will be dismissed.

Remuneration of labor in private enterprises#

Salaries are paid automatically the day after production, even if the clone was fired.

When the production is fully redeemed, workers receive gold coins equal to 50% of the cost of 1 unit of the resource. If the products are not purchased, wages are paid with resources:

  • 0.17 stone - quarry.
  • 0.17 wood - sawmill.
  • 0.11 cereals - mill.
  • 0.21 iron - mine.

With a partial buyout, wages are calculated in a mixed form: gold coins and resources proportionally. Coins are credited to the account, and resources are added to the clone’s inventory.

Additionally, experience is awarded: 4 units per shift at the sawmill, quarry and mine, 6 units at the mill.

Dismissal from enterprises#

A clone can resign voluntarily or be fired by the owner. Automatic dismissal occurs under the following conditions:

  • The tool’s durability is 0 and there is no replacement.
  • Stamina has dropped below 0.
  • The clone moved out of the property or the lease expired, even with auto-renewal enabled.
