Primary resource#

Primary resources—wood, grain, stone, and iron—are produced at settlement enterprises and used for construction and manufacturing. To begin production, you must build and develop an enterprise. The enterprise’s level determines the number of jobs. Each worker produces one unit of a resource per day. Production begins at the beginning of the game day. This resource is stored at the enterprise for 24 hours and is available for purchase by the settlement owner. General Webman’s resource tax applies. A portion of the resource is withdrawn automatically, which affects the final number of workers and their salaries.
Table. Resource production per worker per day
| Resource | Metropolis | Enclave |
|---|---|---|
| Wood | 0.5 | 0.5 |
| Stone | 0.5 | 0.5 |
| Crops | 0.5 | 0.5 |
| Iron | 0.5 | 0.33 |
The number of workstations is configured by the settlement owner in the “Base Resource” → “Primary Production” section.
Manufacturing enterprises#
There are four businesses available in the settlement.
- Sawmill. Wood production.
- Mill. Cereal production.
- Quarry. Stone production.
- Mine. Iron production.
Each enterprise has four development levels at each settlement level. To advance a settlement to the next level, all enterprises at the current level must be fully developed.
