Development of social policy in the settlement #
If you develop a level of social policy in your settlement, you have the ability to influence the social consciousness of the robbers so that they can refrain from attacking your settlement’s treasury at your request. You can enable or disable the possibility of attacks on the “Attacks on settlements” page (“Investor” → “Urban Planning” → “Defense” → “Attacks on settlements”).
The cost of developing social policy depends on the level of the settlement.
Table. The cost of developing social policy in settlements
Resource/Settlement Type | Estate | Village | City | Megacity | |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Oil product | 10,000 | 20,000 | 40,000 | 80,000 | |
Sand | 50 | 100 | 200 | 400 |
The cost of developing social policy for each level of development of a settlement is indicated for the case when development starts from scratch. If you have already improved social policy at some level, then to restore it at a new level of development you will only need to add the difference in the amount of resources.
For example, if you spent 10,000 units of oil and 50 units of sand to develop a social policy in an estate, when the estate is developed into a village, the effect of the social policy will be disabled. To enable it, you will need N1 = 20,000 - 10,000 = 10,000 units of petroleum product and N2 = 100 - 50 = 50 units of sand.
If your settlement is located in a principality that has transitioned to the technological era of oil, then the owner of such a settlement will have a 25% discount on the required amount of resources when building and improving the level of social policy.
