Transfer of settlement #

If necessary, the owner of the settlement can transfer full control of it to another clone on the account. This can be done on the “Settlement” page (“Investor” → “Urban Planning” → “Your Settlement” → “Settlement”). The clone that will be the new owner must meet the necessary status requirements (estate - peasant and above, village - bourgeois and above, city - merchant and above, metropolis - baron and above), and also not be the owner of another settlement. There should be no active clones in the gold mine settlement.

The cost of transfer depends on the level of development of the settlement and is indicated in the table below.
