Bargaining shop #
The Guardian of the Scales is not only a highly experienced master of honest exchange, but also a tireless researcher of the ancient crafts of trade. The Trade Guild unanimously elected him as Honorary Chairman, as the most knowledgeable in the intricacies of exchange and balance.
All clones with the status of craftsman and above can buy resources in the shop. Clones who have reached the status of peasant or higher can sell resources.
The Libra Keeper always tries to offer a fair price - one that he himself considers fair. But the shop is always full of guests, and prices can change at any moment. Now something seems profitable, and in a couple of minutes - not so. So if you like the offer, it is better not to wait too long. While you are thinking, someone else can buy everything first.
The Libra Keeper takes a modest but fair commission from each transaction - this is his payment for his work, for maintaining order and balance in the shop. He does not strive for profit, but only receives his share for exchanging valuables honestly and conscientiously. It is this commission that makes up the entire income of the Bargaining Shop, allowing it to exist and receive guests from the most distant corners of the clone world.
The Libra Keeper has exclusive privileges to sell water at the Bargaining Shop on the Metropolis server. The price is always fixed and is 0.05 gold coins per 1 bucket of water. The keeper also has privileges to sell AMERO on both game servers. A fair price for this rare resource is the priority of the Libra Keeper.
Automatic purchase of resources for repairs #
One of the important tasks of the Libra Guardian is to help the user with such routine actions as repairs.
Property repairs #
The Libra Guardian keeps a close eye on ensuring that no home is left without care. Now, if the necessary materials are suddenly missing during renovation, the Bargaining Shop will quickly buy the missing materials - carefully, honestly and at a current price. To use this feature, you need to enable it once in the game section “Investor” → “Repairs” → “Houses” → “Automatic repair settings”.
It is especially convenient that the setting is applied to all houses on the account at once - a real find for those who have dozens or even hundreds of them. Please note: only missing resources are acquired automatically. What is already available is used first.
Automatic purchase of resources for construction #
You no longer need to manually search and buy dozens of items on the Commodity Exchange. The Libra Keeper will instantly provide the construction with everything necessary - you just need to activate the corresponding option in the construction confirmation window.
Real estate construction #
When constructing a real estate object, it is now possible to automatically purchase additional resources directly in the Bargaining Shop - quickly, honestly and without headaches. This not only saves a lot of time and effort, but also allows you to develop without worrying about unnecessary details.
Payments from profits #
As a sign of respect for the guild’s charter, he pledges to donate half of the Bargaining Shop’s profits to the benefit of the clone lands’ economy. He calls this gesture a “weight contribution” - a symbol of balance between personal gain and the benefit of all the shop’s guests.
The State distributes the weight contribution of the Keeper of the Scales as follows:
- 5% - for paying salaries to employees of the Trade Guild.
- 10% - for the payment of bonuses at the sawmill, mill, quarry, mine and transport company in equal shares for each enterprise.
- 5% - to the bonus fund of state enterprises at the sawmill, mill, quarry, mine and transport company.
- 10% - to the securities fund of the Trade Guild.
- 10% goes to the railroad securities fund.
- 10% - to funds of all other securities in equal shares for each type of security.
- 10% - to princes with a raised banner, according to the level of development.
- 10% - to the urban development fund (according to the level of development of the settlement, the income is sent to the settlement treasury).
- 5% - to the Imperial House fund.
- 10% - to the Megalithic Era Fund.
- 2.5% - giant engine fund.
- 2.5% - dragon platform fund.
