Bargaining shop #
Guardian of Libra #
The Keeper of the Scales is not only a most experienced master of fair exchange, but also a tireless researcher of the ancient crafts of trade. The Trade Guild unanimously elected him Honorary Chairman, as the most knowledgeable in the intricacies of exchange and balance.
Terms of trade #
Clones with the status of craftsman and above can buy resources in the shop. Clones who have reached the status of peasant and above can sell resources.
The Libra Keeper always tries to offer a fair price - one that he himself considers fair. However, the shop is always full of guests, and prices can change at any moment. Today, the offer seems profitable, and in a couple of minutes the situation can change. If you like the offer, it is better not to think for a long time: someone else can buy everything first.
The minimum amount of a resource to buy or sell is 1 unit.
Commission #
The Libra Keeper takes a modest but fair commission from each transaction. This fee rewards his work in maintaining order and balance in the shop. He does not seek profit, but only receives his fair share. It is the commission that makes up the entire income of the Bargaining Shop and allows it to exist, receiving guests from the farthest corners of the clone world.
Special Privileges of the Guardian #
The Libra Keeper has the following exclusive rights:
- AMERO for sale on both game servers:
- A fair price for this rare resource is the Libra Keeper’s priority.
- Selling water in the Trading Shop on the Metropolis server:
- The price is fixed - 0.05 gold coins per 1 bucket of water.
Automatic purchase of resources #
One of the important tasks of the Libra Keeper is to help users with such routine actions as construction and repairs. The Bargaining Shop has the ability to automatically buy missing resources - quickly, fairly and at the current price.
When the corresponding setting is activated, missing materials will be automatically acquired without the need to search and buy them manually. This feature saves time and effort, allowing you to focus on development without unnecessary worries.
Important: Only missing resources are acquired automatically. Everything that is already available is used first.
Automatic purchase of resources for construction #
Real estate construction #
When building real estate objects, you can automatically buy additional resources through the Bargaining Shop. To do this, you need to activate the corresponding option in the construction confirmation window.
Automatic purchase of resources for repairs #
Property repairs #
When repairing houses, the missing resources can also be automatically purchased. To use this feature, you need to enable it once in the game section: “Investor” → “Repairs” → “Houses” → “Automatic repair settings”.
The setting is applied to all houses on the account at once, which is convenient for owners of dozens and hundreds of properties.
Payments from profits #
As a sign of respect for the guild’s charter, he pledges to donate half of the Bargaining Shop’s profits to the benefit of the clone lands’ economy. He calls this gesture a “weight contribution” - a symbol of balance between personal gain and the benefit of all the shop’s guests.
The State distributes the weight contribution of the Keeper of the Scales as follows:
- 5% - for paying salaries to employees of the Trade Guild.
- 10% - for the payment of bonuses at the sawmill, mill, quarry, mine and transport company in equal shares for each enterprise.
