Cutting factory#

Cutting factory

Clones with the status of peasant or higher can work in the cutting factory.

Conditions of employment#

To create this device, you must complete the Jewelry Crafting training. The training costs 3 gold coins. No tools are required.

A clone can hold only one position at the enterprise and work at other state-owned enterprises, except for the meat factory. Career progression begins as a jeweler, with further promotions occurring automatically based on meeting the requirements.

The job requires two stamina units per day. When working at multiple state enterprises, the consumption is cumulative. If the clone lacks stamina, they receive a reprimand instead of their salary; three reprimands in a row result in dismissal. Resignation is possible at any time.

Wage#

Payment is made daily after 00:00 GMT as an additional bonus. There is no fixed salary. Experience is also accrued daily depending on the position.

If the daily bonus amount is less than 0.0001 gold coin, no payment will be made.

Additional bonus#

The size of the prize depends on the level of cutting knowledge: the higher the knowledge, the larger the share in the fund.

You can gain knowledge of cutting:

The premium fund is formed from 15% of the gold component of the cost of producing jewelry (excluding resources).

The fund is distributed daily:

  • 40% - to jewelers, proportional to knowledge.
  • 30% - to foremen, proportional to knowledge.
  • 30% - to managers, proportional to knowledge.

Jobs and promotions#

Number of seats:

  • Jeweler - no restrictions.
  • Foreman - 200 seats.
  • Manager - 5 seats.

Transfers occur daily after 00:00 GMT. Vacancies arise when employees leave.

To be promoted, you must meet social status and possess more cutting knowledge than the clone occupying the last position in the higher-ranking position. Promotion occurs automatically at the end of the day, with the employee with the lowest level of knowledge being demoted to the next lower level.

Social status determines only the right to hold a position. Advancement is determined solely by the level of specialized knowledge.
