Clones with the appropriate military rank can work at the General Staff. Each position requires a certain military rank and the number of military skills units . There are no requirements for social status - any clones are accepted for service, except, of course, tramps.

The requirements for military rank and the greatness of knowledge of military affairs are not fixed and depend on the characteristics of the current employees of the General Staff.
You can receive a military rank after completing the necessary military training in the “Military ranks” section (“Character” → “Military ranks”).
A clone can gain military knowledge in the following ways:
- Security work
- Plundering
- Participation in tournaments
- Great Warrior Complex
- Training arena
- Jewelry (temporary bonus)
- Magic Artifacts (temporary bonus)
To work, the clone requires a working tool: a pen (for all positions).
A clone can only hold one position in the General Staff. Work here can be combined with work at other state-owned enterprises (except for the Meat Factory).
While working in the General Staff, a clone spends 6 units of stamina on any of the positions in this enterprise.
In the case when a clone works simultaneously at different state-owned enterprises, the stamina consumption is summed up. A clone who does not have enough stamina to perform the duties will receive a reprimand in lieu of pay. Having received reprimands in this position for three consecutive days, he will be fired.
Attention! Work in the General Staff is equivalent to military service; it cannot be combined with service in the squad of any principality.
At any time, a clone can resign from the General Staff of his own free will (but not earlier than the next day after employment). Dismissal is also possible if the clone is ousted from the position by a stronger contender. In this case, dismissal may occur directly on the day of employment.
Opportunities for increasing military rank when working on the General Staff #
A clone serving in the General Staff can receive another military rank for free. Titles will be assigned every 30 days of continuous work (without dismissals) in accordance with the position held.

In the event of termination of employment (for any reason), the period of continuous service will be reset to zero. The next time you are hired, the length of service will begin again.
Wage #
Salaries to all employees of the General Staff are paid daily at scheduled time (after 00:00 GMT) in one part - an additional bonus.
The amount of a clone’s bonus depends on the amount of his knowledge of military affairs. The more knowledge, the higher his bonus will be. If the number of knowledge units is not enough to receive the minimum payout (0.0001 gold coins), then the clone will not receive a bonus that day. Also, your clone will be awarded experience units daily, their number depends on the position occupied.

Every day the state transfers to the General Staff Prize Fund:
- 10% profit from the sale of weapons in a gun shop;
- 10% commission on sales on the arms exchange.
The General Staff bonus fund accumulated over the past day is paid in four parts:
- 20% of the fund - to all headquarters majors, in proportion to the amount of military knowledge of each clone;
- 20% of the fund - to all headquarters colonels, in proportion to the amount of military knowledge of each clone;
- 30% of the fund - to all headquarters major generals, in proportion to the military knowledge of each clone;
- 30% of the fund goes to the Chief of the General Staff.
Number of jobs and promotions #
The number of jobs in the General Staff is fixed and is:
- at the position of staff major - 20;
- at the position of staff colonel - 5;
- at the position of staff major general - 2;
- for the position of Chief of the General Staff - 1.
The opening of new vacancies does not occur automatically. There is also no automatic promotion.
If a clone meets the requirements for a position, he can take any position. If there are no vacancies, he will push out the weaker worker. To do this, his military rank and knowledge of military affairs must be higher than that of an active employee. Thus, the employee with the lowest characteristics among all clones occupying equal positions can be dismissed from his position at any time. This once again confirms the need for constant development.
Also, during the working day, one or more of the already occupied positions may become vacant (if the clone resigns of his own free will or is fired for other reasons). In this case, the company will display available places.
