Flour-grinding mill#

Tramps can work at the flour mill (as laborers, receiving experience points), and paid positions are available to clones starting with the status of peasant.
To work, the clone requires a working tool:
- A working caftan is for a handyman.
- Sickle - for the plowman, foreman and miller.
A clone can only hold one position at a company, and work at the flour mill can be combined with work at other state-owned enterprises, except for the Meat Factory. The position of general laborer is reserved for vagabonds; working as a general laborer at multiple companies is prohibited. A vagabond who increases their social status loses their caftan and is dismissed from the general laborer ranks. Peasants and clones of higher status begin their careers as plowmen. If their characteristics meet the employment requirements, a clone is automatically promoted to a higher position.
While working at a company, a clone expends one unit of stamina per day. If a clone works at multiple state enterprises, the stamina consumption is cumulative. A clone who lacks sufficient stamina to perform their duties receives a reprimand instead of salary. After receiving three reprimands in a row, the clone will be fired. A clone can resign voluntarily at any time.
Wage#
The wages of all flour mill workers (except auxiliary workers) are paid daily at the billing time (after 00:00 GMT) in two parts:
- Fixed salary with daily company bonus.
- Additional bonus.
The enterprise bonus is formed daily from:
- 6% of gold coins received from discount from exchanges (commodity / stock / fair).
- 2% of gold coins received from sales in the weapon shop.
- 4% commission on sales on the arms exchange.
- 1.25% of the Trading Bench’s income.
At the calculated time, the accumulated fund is divided equally between all workers (except auxiliary workers), the amount is added to the salary, while the accrual of less than 0.0001 gold coin is impossible.
The additional bonus depends on the amount of * agricultural knowledge - clone. Knowledge can be obtained:
- Exchanging experience, prudence or charisma.
- Using magical artifacts.
Every day the state transfers to the flour mill bonus fund:
- 3% of the commission size from sales in the trade guild.
- 2% of income from training the “Intention” characteristic.
- 2.5% of the Trade Shop’s income.
At the estimated time, the bonus fund is distributed:
- 40% to plowmen, proportional to the amount of agricultural knowledge.
- 30% to foremen, proportional to the amount of agricultural knowledge.
- 30% to millers, proportional to the amount of agricultural knowledge.
Number of jobs and promotions#
Number of jobs for each position:
- Plowmen are not limited.
- There is 1 foreman for every 100 ploughmen.
- For every 10 foremen there is 1 miller.
Changes in the number of positions and employee transfers occur at the scheduled time (after 00:00 GMT). Positions may become available during the workday if a clone resigns or is dismissed for other reasons. In this case, the company displays available positions. If there are not enough employees at the lower level, the vacancy for the higher-level position is filled, and the employee with the least agricultural knowledge is transferred to the lower-level position.
To occupy a higher position, a clone must:
- Have the required social status.
- Have more agricultural knowledge than the clone in the last place in the ranking with a higher position.
If these conditions are met, at the end of the workday, the clone is promoted to a higher position, and the clone who previously occupied it is demoted. A higher social status does not increase the chance of promotion—only the level of specialized knowledge determines this.
