Hospital#

Clones of the social status of craftsman and higher can work at the hospital.

To work, the clone requires a working tool:

• Pen - for all positions.

Also, the clone must have at least 3 units * of medical knowledge for the device.

A clone can only hold one position at a company, and work at the hospital can be combined with work at other state-owned enterprises, except for the Meat Factory. Clones begin their careers as nurses. If their characteristics meet the requirements, they are automatically promoted to a higher position.

While working at a company, a clone expends one unit of stamina per day. If a clone works at multiple state enterprises, the stamina consumption is cumulative. A clone who lacks sufficient stamina to perform their duties receives a reprimand instead of salary. After receiving three reprimands in a row, the clone will be fired. A clone can resign voluntarily at any time.

Wage#

All hospital employees are paid daily at the scheduled time (after 00:00 GMT) in one installment – an additional bonus.

The clone also earns experience points daily, the amount of which depends on the position held. Detailed information on each position can be viewed on the company page by hovering over the position name.

Additional bonus#

The bonus amount depends on the clone’s medical knowledge. The more knowledge points, the higher the bonus. If the clone’s knowledge is insufficient to meet the minimum payout (0.0001 gold coin), no bonus is awarded.

Knowledge of medicine can be obtained:

• Exchanging experience, prudence or charisma.
• Using magical artifacts from fairy tale characters.

Every day the state transfers to the hospital’s bonus fund:

• 25% of gold coins spent by clones on paramedic education.
• 25% of gold coins spent by clones on surgical education.

At the estimated time, the bonus fund is distributed:

• 10% to nurses, proportional to the amount of medical knowledge of each clone.
• 50% to doctors, proportional to the amount of medical knowledge of each clone.
• 30% to the heads of departments, proportional to the amount of medical knowledge of each clone.
• 10% to managers, proportional to the amount of medical knowledge of each clone.

Number of jobs and promotions#

Number of jobs in positions:

• Nurse - unlimited.
• Doctor - unlimited.
• Head of Department - 10.
• Manager - 1.

Employees are transferred from one position to another at the scheduled time (after 00:00 GMT). Positions may become available during the workday if a clone resigns or is terminated for other reasons, and the company will display available positions.

To become a doctor, a clone must first become a nurse. At the end of the workday, the clone will be promoted if they meet the social status requirements.

To occupy a higher position, a clone must:

• Have the required social status (or higher).
• Have more medical knowledge than the last-ranked clone with a higher position.

If these conditions are met, the clone will be promoted, and the clone who held the position before will be demoted. Higher social status does not increase the chance of promotion—only the level of specialized knowledge determines this.
