Iron mine#

Clones - vagabonds - can work in the iron mine (as auxiliary workers, receiving experience points), and they can take up paid positions - starting with the status of a craftsman.
To work, the clone requires a working tool:
- A working caftan is for a handyman.
- Pickaxe - for the miner and foreman.
- A pen and a barn lock - for the manager.
A clone can only hold one position at a company. Work at the iron mine can be combined with work at other state-owned enterprises (except the meat factory).
The Handyman position is reserved for Tramps. A Handyman can only work at one business. Upon promotion, a Tramp immediately loses their Worker’s Caftan and is fired. Unless a Tramp is the only clone on the account, they will not be able to purchase the Caftan and become a Handyman.
Craftsmen and higher-status clones begin their careers as miners. If their characteristics meet the requirements for a higher position, the clone is automatically promoted to it.
While working at a company, a clone expends one unit of stamina per day. If a clone is employed by multiple state-owned enterprises, the stamina consumption is cumulative. A clone without sufficient stamina receives a reprimand instead of salary. After receiving three reprimands in a row, the clone will be fired. A clone can resign at any time.
Wage#
Salaries for all iron mine workers (except auxiliary workers) are paid daily at the billing time (after 00:00 GMT) in two parts:
- Fixed salary (depending on position) + daily company bonus.
- Additional bonus.
The clone also earns experience points daily, the amount of which depends on the position they hold. Detailed information on each position can be found on the company page by hovering over its name.
Enterprise bonus#
The company’s bonus can increase the permanent salary. The state transfers the following funds daily to the iron ore mine’s bonus fund:
- 6% of gold coins from discount from exchanges (commodity / stock / fair).
- 2% gold coins from sales in the weapons shop.
- 4% of gold coins from the commission on sales on the arms exchange.
- 1.25% of the Trade Shop income.
At the payroll, the bonus fund is divided equally among all employees (except for unskilled workers) and added to the fixed salary. Amounts less than 0.0001 gold coin are not awarded.
Note: At the imported weapons auction, a percentage is deducted from the final sale price of the weapon if it was sold for gold. If the item was sold for resources, there will be no deduction.
Additional bonus#
Iron Mine workers (except for auxiliary workers) can receive bonuses. The bonus amount depends on the clone’s mining knowledge. The more knowledge, the higher the bonus. If the knowledge is insufficient to meet the minimum payout (0.0001 gold coin), no bonus is awarded.
Ore mining knowledge can be obtained:
- Exchanging experience, prudence or charisma.
- Using magical artifacts from fairy tale characters.
Every day the state transfers to the bonus fund:
- 3% of the commission size from sales in the trade guild.
- 2% of income from training in the “ Intention ” characteristic.
- 2.5% of the Trade Shop’s income.
The prize fund is distributed:
- 40% to miners, proportional to the amount of ore mining knowledge of each clone.
- 30% to foremen, proportional to the amount of ore mining knowledge of each clone.
- 30% to managers, proportional to the amount of ore mining knowledge of each clone.
Number of jobs and promotions#
Number of jobs:
- Miner - unlimited.
- There is 1 foreman for every 100 miners.
- For every 10 foremen there is 1 manager.
Employees are transferred from one position to another at the scheduled time (after 00:00 GMT). Positions may become available during the day if a clone resigns or is laid off, and vacancies arise within the company.
If there are not enough lower-level workers, the vacancy for a management position will be filled, and the clone with the least knowledge will be transferred to a lower-level position.
To occupy a higher position, a clone must:
- Have the required social status (or higher).
- Have more knowledge of ore mining than a clone who ranks last among his peers.
If the conditions are met, the clone will be promoted, and the clone who held the position before will be demoted. Higher social status does not increase the chance of promotion—only the level of specialized knowledge determines this.
