Jewelry workshop#

Clones of the Peasant social status or higher can work in the jewelry workshop. To be hired, your clone must be trained in jewelry making. The training costs 3 gold coins.
A clone does not require a working tool to operate.
A clone can only hold one position within the company. Work in the jewelry workshop can be combined with work at other state-owned enterprises (except the meat factory).
Clones begin their careers as jewelers. If their characteristics meet the requirements for a higher position, they are automatically promoted to that position.
While working at a company, a clone consumes two units of stamina per day. If a clone is employed by multiple state enterprises, the stamina consumption is cumulative. A clone without sufficient stamina receives a reprimand instead of salary. After receiving three reprimands in a row, the clone will be fired. A clone can resign at any time.
Wage#
All employees of the jewelry workshop are paid daily at the billing time (after 00:00 GMT) in one part - an additional bonus.
The clone also earns experience points daily, the amount of which depends on the position they hold. Detailed information on each position can be found on the company page by hovering over its name.
Additional bonus#
The bonus amount depends on the clone’s level of jewelry knowledge. The more points of special knowledge, the higher the bonus. If the clone’s knowledge is insufficient to meet the minimum payout (0.0001 gold coin), no bonus is awarded.
Knowledge of jewelry art can be obtained:
- By exchanging experience, prudence or charisma in the “Exchange characteristics” section (“Character” → “Education” → “Exchange characteristics”).
- Using magical artifacts from fairy tale characters.
Every day the state transfers to the jewelry workshop’s award fund:
- 15% of the cost of jewelry production by jewelry production owners (from the component in gold coins, the cost of the resource is not taken into account).
The prize fund is distributed:
- 40% - to jewelers, proportional to the amount of knowledge of the jewelry art of each clone.
- 30% - to the foremen, proportional to the amount of knowledge of the jewelry art of each clone.
- 30% - to the managers, proportional to the amount of knowledge of the jewelry art of each clone.
Number of jobs and promotions#
Number of jobs:
- Jeweler - unlimited.
- Foreman - 200 seats.
- Manager - 5 seats.
Employees are transferred from one position to another at the scheduled time (after 00:00 GMT). Positions may become available during the day if a clone resigns or is laid off, and vacancies arise within the company.
To occupy a higher position, a clone must:
- Have the required social status (or higher).
- Have more knowledge of jewelry art than a clone who occupies the last place among equals in position.
If the conditions are met, the clone will be promoted, and the clone who held the position before will be demoted. Higher social status does not increase the chance of promotion—only the level of specialized knowledge determines this.
