Port#

Port

Clones with the social status of artisan or higher are eligible to work at the port. Clones do not require tools to be employed.

A clone can hold only one position at the enterprise. Work at the port can be combined with work at other state-owned enterprises (except the Meat Factory). Clones begin their careers as sailors. If their characteristics meet the employment requirements for a higher position, the clone is automatically promoted.

While working at a company, a clone expends one unit of stamina per day. When working at multiple state enterprises, this consumption is cumulative. If the clone’s stamina is insufficient, they receive a reprimand instead of their salary. Three reprimands in a row result in dismissal. A clone can resign at any time.

Salary size#

There is no fixed salary at the port. Salaries are paid daily after 00:00 GMT in one installment—an additional bonus. Experience points are accrued daily, the amount depending on the position held. Details for each position are available by hovering over the job title.

Additional bonus#

The bonus amount depends on the clone’s port knowledge. The more knowledge, the higher the bonus. The minimum amount is 0.0001 gold. If there is no knowledge or insufficient knowledge, no bonus is awarded.

The clone gains knowledge of port affairs:

Every day, the state transfers 5% of all ticket revenue from pleasure boat cruises to the port’s premium fund.

The prize fund is distributed:

  • 8% – to sailors, proportional to the knowledge of each clone.
  • 55% - to senior sailors, proportional to the knowledge of each clone.
  • 27% – to captains, proportional to the knowledge of each clone.
  • 10% – to the managers, proportional to the knowledge of each clone.

Number of jobs and promotions#

Number of seats:

  • Sailor - unlimited.
  • Senior Sailor - increases with the appearance of each new ship.
  • Captain - increases with the appearance of each new ship.
  • Manager - limited: on the Metropolis server - 5, on the Enclave server - 1.

As the number of vessels decreases, the number of positions is reduced. At the estimated time, employees with minimal port knowledge are transferred to a lower-level position.

Recalculation of courts, transfers from one position to another, and opening of new vacancies in higher positions occur after 00:00 GMT. Openings may occur during the day if a clone resigns or is dismissed.

To be promoted, a clone must:

  • Have the required social status (or higher).
  • Have a greater amount of knowledge of port affairs than the worst employee in a higher position.

If these conditions are met at the end of the workday, the clone is promoted, and the clone who held the previous position is demoted. Higher social status does not increase the chance of promotion—only the level of specialized knowledge is taken into account.
