Clones of the social status of artisan and higher can work at the shipyard. However, this enterprise is highly competitive, so on any given day the required status for employment may be higher than artisan.

Conditions of employment #

To work, the clone requires a working tool:

  • vat (for tar extractor);
  • ax (for a carpenter);
  • preparation room (for an engineer);
  • abacus (for assistant manager);
  • scales (for the manager).

A clone can only hold one position in a given enterprise. Work at the shipyard can be combined with work at other state-owned enterprises (except for the Meat Factory).

A clone may be immediately employed as a pitcher, carpenter, engineer, assistant, or manager, subject to current minimum job requirements. Even if there are no vacancies for this position, but the characteristics of the clone are higher than those specified in the requirements, then he will get a job. In this case, the clone with the lowest characteristics of all those occupying an equal position will be fired. This is the distinctive feature of this enterprise.

When comparing the characteristics of clones, social status takes priority. Clones with a higher social status than specified in the requirements can get a position, even if their other characteristics are lower than required.

The position of foreman or senior engineer is additional to the main position. For example, a clone can be a pitcher, and at the same time he can be chosen as a pitcher-foreman. For this he will receive a brigadier’s bonus to his salary (gold coins + experience). You cannot get a job as a tar-foreman without working as a tar-foreman. This combination does not require additional expenditure of stamina and tools, and the salary and experience from both positions are summed up.

While working at this facility, the clone consumes one point of stamina per day. In the case when a clone works simultaneously at different state-owned enterprises, the stamina consumption is summed up. A clone who does not have enough stamina to perform the duties will receive a reprimand in lieu of pay. Having received reprimands in this position for three consecutive days, he will be fired.

At any time, the clone can resign of his own free will.

Salary size #

Salaries to all shipyard employees are paid daily at estimated time (after 00:00 GMT) in two parts:

  • permanent salary (fixed payment, the amount depends on the position);
  • additional bonus.

Also, your clone will be awarded experience units daily, their number depends on the position occupied.

Additional bonus #

Shipyard workers can receive bonuses. If any day the bonus amount is less than the minimum payout (0.0001 gold coin), then the clone will not receive a bonus on that day.

Every day the state transfers to the shipyard bonus fund:

  • 10% of the cost of purchasing a pleasure boat (from the component in gold coins, the cost of the resource is not taken into account).

At the end of each working day, the accumulated bonus fund of the shipyard is paid in eight parts:

  • 20% of the fund - equally to all tar extractors;
  • 10% of the fund - equally to all tar exrtractors-foremen;
  • 20% of the fund - equally to all carpenters;
  • 10% of the fund - equally to all carpenters-foremen;
  • 10% of the fund - equally to all engineers;
  • % of the fund - equally to all senior engineers;
  • 10% of the fund - equally to all assistant managers;
  • 10% of the fund goes to the manager.

Number of jobs and promotions #

Each position has a different number of job openings. This quantity is fixed.

The opening of new vacancies does not occur automatically.

A clone can take a position as a carpenter, engineer, assistant manager, or manager even if there are no vacancies, displacing a less experienced worker. To do this, it is necessary that the social status and characteristics of the clone be higher than those of the clone occupying the required position. In this case, the clone with the lowest characteristics of all those occupying an equal position will be fired. This demonstrates the need to never stop there, but to constantly develop.

To take a position of a different type (for example, to move from tar extractors s to carpenters), you must first resign from your previous position and then apply for the desired position according to the general rules.

Also, during the working day, one or more of the already occupied positions may become vacant (if the clone resigns of his own free will or is fired for other reasons). In this case, the company will display available places.

To occupy a higher position (tar extractors-foremen, carpenters-foremen and senior engineers), your clone must meet the following requirements:

  • work at a relevant position (tar extractor, carpenter or engineer);
  • have the necessary social status (or higher);
  • have a charisma score greater than that of at least one clone holding a higher position.

If these conditions are met, at the calculation time (after 00:00 GMT), your clone will be promoted to position, and the clone who previously occupied it will be demoted to a lower level.

If there are several equal candidates for a higher position, preference is given to the clone who has a longer continuous experience at this enterprise.
