Trade Guild#

Working at the Trade Guild#
Clones of bourgeois and higher social status can work at the Trade Guild.
To work, a clone requires a working tool: a pen (for all positions).
A clone may hold only one position at the enterprise. This position may be combined with work at other state-owned enterprises (except the Meat Factory).
Bourgeois and higher-status clones begin their careers as brokers. If their characteristics meet the requirements for a higher position, the clone will be promoted to it automatically.
While working at a company, a clone expends one unit of stamina per day. When working at multiple state-owned enterprises, this expenditure is cumulative. If the clone’s stamina is insufficient, they receive a reprimand instead of their salary. Three reprimands in a row result in dismissal. A clone can resign at any time.
Salary size#
All employees of the Trade Guild are paid daily after 00:00 GMT in one installment – an additional bonus.
Experience points are awarded daily, and the amount depends on the position held. Details are available by hovering over the position title.
Additional bonus#
The bonus amount depends on the clone’s “Trader Authority” stat point score. The higher the Authority, the higher the bonus. If the Authority is 0 or insufficient to meet the minimum payout (0.0001 gold coin), no bonus is awarded.
Authority points are increased by trading in the Trade Guild (except the Currency Exchange) or the Bargaining Shop. Every full 10 gold coins received or spent in trading operations grants 1 Authority point. Points accumulate throughout the clone’s life and are recalculated once per day after 00:00 GMT.
Every day the state transfers to the Trade Guild Prize Fund:
- 5% of the Trade Guild’s profits (from commissions paid by merchants).
- 5% of the Trading Bench’s income.
The prize fund is distributed:
- 50% – to all brokers, proportional to authority.
- 40% – to all administrators, proportional to authority.
- 10% – to all managers, proportional to their authority.
Number of jobs and promotions#
Number of seats in each position:
- Brokers – unlimited.
- There is 1 administrator for every 10 brokers.
- There is 1 manager for every 20 administrators.
Position recalculations, transfers, and openings of new vacancies in higher-level positions occur after 00:00 GMT. Positions may become available during the day due to dismissals.
If there are not enough subordinate employees, the vacancy in the management position is closed, and the employee with the least authority is transferred to a lower position.
To occupy a higher position, a clone must:
- Have the required social status (or higher).
- Have a higher merchant authority than the clone in the last place of the ranking with a higher position.
If the conditions are met, the clone is promoted at the end of the workday, and the previous worker is demoted one rank. A higher social status does not increase the chance of promotion; only the merchant’s Authority level is taken into account. If Authority levels are equal, preference is given to the clone with the higher social status. If the statuses are also equal, the clone with the longest continuous service at the enterprise receives priority.
