Transport company#

Clones of the social status of a craftsman and above can work at the transportatoin company.
To work, a clone requires a working tool: work gloves (for all positions except the manager) or a pen and a padlock (for the manager).
A clone can only hold one position at the enterprise. This position can be combined with other state-owned enterprises (except the Meat Factory).
Clones begin their careers as laborers. If their characteristics meet the requirements for a higher position, they will be automatically promoted.
While working at a company, a clone expends one unit of stamina per day. When working at multiple state-owned enterprises, this expenditure is cumulative. If the clone’s stamina is insufficient, they receive a reprimand instead of their salary. Three reprimands in a row result in dismissal. A clone can resign at any time.
Wage#
All employees are paid daily after 00:00 GMT in two parts:
- Fixed salary (fixed payment, specific to each position, plus daily company bonus).
- Additional bonus.
Experience points are awarded daily, and the amount depends on the position held. Details are available by hovering over the position title.
Enterprise bonus#
The company bonus increases the employee’s regular salary. The state transfers the following to the bonus fund daily:
- 6% of discount from exchanges (commodity / stock / fair).
- 2% of sales in the weapon shop.
- 4% commission on sales on the arms exchange.
- 1.25% of the Trade Shop income.
At the end of the working day, the accumulated fund is divided equally among all employees of the enterprise. Amounts less than 0.0001 gold coin are not credited.
Note: At the imported weapons auction, a percentage is deducted from the final sale price of the weapon if it was sold for gold. There is no deduction for resource sales.
Additional bonus#
The bonus amount depends on the clone’s level of logistics knowledge. The higher the knowledge, the higher the bonus. If the knowledge is insufficient to meet the minimum payout (0.0001 gold coin), no bonus is awarded.
Logistics knowledge can be obtained:
- Exchanging experience, prudence or charisma.
- Using magical artifacts from fairy tale characters.
Every day the state transfers to the bonus fund:
- 3% commission on sales in the Trade Guild.
- 2% of the income from training the Intent characteristic for gold coins.
- 2.5% of the Trading Shop’s income.
The bonus fund is paid:
- 20% – to all track workers, proportional to their knowledge of logistics.
- 10% – to all conductors, proportional to their knowledge of logistics.
- 10% – to all train foremen, proportional to their knowledge of logistics.
- 10% – to all drivers, proportional to their knowledge of logistics.
- 10% – to all forwarders, proportional to their knowledge of logistics.
- 40% – to all managers, proportional to their knowledge of logistics.
Number of jobs and promotions#
Number of seats in each position:
- Track worker – unlimited.
- There is 1 conductor for every 24 track workers.
- There is 1 train foreman for every 40 track workers.
- There is 1 driver for every 77 track workers.
- There is 1 forwarder for every 100 track workers.
- There is 1 manager for every 1000 track workers.
Position recalculation and the opening of new vacancies occurs after 00:00 GMT. Positions may become available during the day due to layoffs.
If there are not enough lower-level employees, the vacancy in the management position is closed, and the employee with the minimum amount of logistics knowledge is transferred to a lower-level position.
To occupy a higher position, a clone must:
- Have the required social status (or higher).
- Have more logistics knowledge than the clone at the bottom of the ranking among higher positions.
A promotion can occur even without the necessary tools: the clone will be promoted, but will be unable to perform their duties and will receive a reprimand. Three reprimands in a row means dismissal.
A higher social status does not increase the chance of promotion; only the level of knowledge of logistics is taken into account.
